Rebecca Miller

As an experienced executive and creative entrepreneur, Rebecca weaves together strategy, design-forward marketing, and curated touchpoints to activate communities and elevate brand presence. 

Rebecca focuses on bringing the NewView Capital brand to life through design, community touchpoints, and communications. She also works across the portfolio to support companies on marketing and communication during inflection points during company growth. 

Prior to joining NewView Capital, Rebecca was VP of Operations at Lowercase Capital where she focused on brand, community engagement, and venture and social justice portfolio management. Prior to Lowercase, Rebecca was the VP of Brand and Community at Slow Ventures. 

Rebecca started her career leading marketing at Trinity Ventures before becoming an entrepreneur with MartiniBird, an event strategy and production studio that focused on venture and tech clients. 

Rebecca was holds her degrees in classical literature and environmental studies from the University of San Francisco.

Outside of work, Rebecca is passionate about environmental conservation, art and creativity, and criminal justice reform. She serves on the board of the SFMoMA Society for the Encouragement of Contemporary Art, the Hearst Castle Preservation Foundation, and the Virginia City Preservation Alliance in her home state of Montana.
