Khozema Shipchandler is the CEO of Twilio. He has over 25 years of experience growing businesses and driving financial performance across global, public organizations.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Khozema served in several other executive roles at Twilio, including President of Twilio Communications, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Twilio, he spent over two decades at GE, where he drove operating excellence in GE’s high tech aviation division, plus accelerated growth in the Middle East region.

Khozema earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington. He also serves on the boards of Twilio, Smartsheet, and Ethos.
