Joyce is a seasoned operations, change management, and administrative professional.

Prior to joining NewView Capital, Joyce supported the implementation of multiple technology transformation initiatives at First Republic Bank. She began her career in international logistics and supply chain management, managing relationships with multiple stakeholders to navigate rapidly evolving labor and supply networks.

Joyce graduate cum laude from UC San Diego with a BA in International Studies. Born and raised in sunny Southern California, she enjoys any activity that merges sunshine, mindfulness, and movement. A certified divemaster with a passion for sustainability, Joyce can often be found cleaning up debris on land or underwater.
