Nick brings a deep financial background to NewView Capital, with prior experience on transformative transactions. At NVC, he focuses on application & vertical SaaS, data, cloud infrastructure, and AI.
Before joining the firm, Nick worked with technology companies on mergers and acquisitions at Qatalyst Partners. His transaction experience includes Hortonwork’s $5.2 billion merger with Cloudera, Sony Interactive Entertainment’s acquisition of Insomniac Games, Commvault’s acquisition of Hedvig, and Broadcom’s $117 billion bid for Qualcomm.
Nick graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Diego, where he received a BBA in Finance with a minor in Accountancy.
An Oregon native, Nick loves the outdoors and the Portland Trail Blazers. Some of his favorite activities include skiing, yoga, and wakesurfing.
